About LifeNet in the Heartland
 Strategically
located in the middle of the country LifeNet Air Medical
Services operates five aircraft from four locations in Kansas,
Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska. With services extending into
portions of South Dakota and Minnesota we are truly in the
Heartland of the country.
LifeNet, located in the Heartland, is part of the nationwide LifeNet
division of the Air Methods Corporation.
With 237 bases, operating more than 300 helicopters, LifeNet
is a major contributor to the health and well being of patients
across the country.
LifeNet in the Heartland provides the safe and rapid transports by helicopter
of critically ill and injured patients. Whether it be the transfer of
an ICU patient from one hospital to another or the complicated trauma
request from an EMS provider, LifeNet's competent crews continue to provide
critical and life saving interventions surrounded by exceptional compassionate
patient care.
